The Academic Assembly for the year was held earlier this term. The school recognised academic success from 2016 in NCEA and the following week Scholarship results were released.
The Staff and PB4L team have a focus of improving the way students wear their uniform in 2017.This is to show pride in the way they present themselves personally and how they represent TBHS in the community.
The Rite Journey at Timaru Boys’ High School continues to offer all Year 10 boys significant support and guidance as the students transition from juniors to seniors, a time of life that can pose difficult challenges.
2017 saw the reintroduction of the Timaru Boys’ High School swim school, which took place at lunch times under the instruction of Riley Taylor and Reed Stevenson, with the help of Matthew Moore.
With 650 boys in our school, articles of clothing can easily go astray and be lost for all time!

Monday 13 March saw a group of Year 13 Photography students visit the Wellington City gallery to look at the photography by the influential American artist Cindy Sherman.
