Caleb Cameron continues to tap his way to success, having recently competed in an Australia NZ and Europe competition where he walked away with four first placings and four seconds out of the eight dances he entered.
At the recent 39th Artarama Prizegiving held on 18 August at the Aigantighe Art Gallery, two of our students came away with overall prizes, out of all the entries from local schools throughout South Canterbury.
It is great to see our Arts students out and about, providing entertainment at a number of local venues.
Thank you to the staff and students who gave up a Sunday morning to help clean up our local coastline, and in the process, bagged a trailer load of tyres, plastic and scrap metal.
As part of Engineering Week, on 15 August, the senior ANTS group and other senior scientists travelled to Christchurch to visit Dynamic Controls which is a manufacturer of electric wheelchairs.
