Happy birthday Ernie Syeb šš
Ernie Syeb [TBHS 1939-41] celebrated his 100th birthday at the Mackenzie Health Centre on 22 November 2025. He retains a sharp and lucid memory of his TBHS years.
The lad from Claremont / Washddyke has had a rich and fulfilling life. Initially it was a farming life though his very strong bible-based faith led him to become a missionary. In the early days the missionary work was around Australasia but Europe beckoned. He maintained his local and family links and retired to Temuka.
