TBHS SET TO CELEBRATE 150 YEARS
Timaru Boy’s High School will celebrate 150 years (Sesquicentennial) in 2030.
It is just over four years away and tentative planning is underway. The schoolwide celebration is set down for the weekend 29th – 31st March 2030.
There are still conversations to be had with our sister school TGHS on the format of the numerous events that will be held over this weekend. It is planned to have an initial organizing group in place early in 2026. Ideas on how the weekend might flow are most welcome.
Old Boys’ who would be keen to engage and join the planning group would be welcomed. Put this important celebration in your long-term planner!
