The TBHS Anzac Service was held 24th April
TBHS proudly held our ANZAC Service as a school community, taking time to reflect, remember, and honour the courage, service, and sacrifice of those who have served our country.
A group of our boys also performed the Haka at the Timaru Civic ANZAC Service, and we were incredibly proud to have them represent our school on this important occasion.
Our Old Boys continue to show wonderful support for the school and its traditions. Pictured below at the Anzac Service are old boy's Mr Bruce Leadley (staff-1954-58, 1963-91) and Alon Shaw (student years 1947-1952), both of whom remain actively involved with the Timaru High School Old Boys’ Association (THSOBA).
We thank all those who joined us in remembering the ANZAC spirit and acknowledging the generations who have served.
