Power Chess Tournament Oamaru
On 14th May a select group of students went down to represent the school at the Power Chess tournament in Oamaru where they engaged in 7 rounds of chess against other schools in the region.
The boys represented themselves and the school well and made great gains in their understanding of the game. Special mention to Thomas Crawford and Parker Anderson for close contests against the tournament winners.
