TBHS Atoms
Recently TBHS Atoms represented the school for the annual Aoraki Senior Volleyball Tournament at Aorangi Stadium. The boys played some amazing round-robin games earning two wins against St Kevin’s and Mt Hutt but with a loss against Ashburton College A.
TBHS ended the day in 5th place. It was a great day of volleyball. Well done Atoms!
Last Friday was the last round-robins for the 2025/26 volleyball season.
Results were as follows:
Junior Lightning won 2-1 against Geraldine High School
Senior Electrons won 2-0 against Junior Thunder
Senior Atoms lost 4-1 against Geraldine High School.
A special mention and Congratulations to Tom Wakelin, Tioti Barao, and Taniela Tuli for being selected in the U19 Aoraki Rep team. These boys will be representing Aoraki in the upcoming Lower South Island Tournament in Dunedin in May. Good luck to these boys.
