Mana Tangata Week at Raincliff
The Mana Tāngata programme runs throughout the year for all Year 10 students, with each class spending a full day at Raincliff as part of their journey.
A huge shoutout to classes Takahe and Weka for their incredible attitude on the first day of the Mana Tangata excursions at Raincliff! Despite the less-than-favorable conditions, our students showed amazing resilience, tackling all six activities with enthusiasm and great camaraderie. They truly embodied the Mana Tangata spirit and "just got out there and got on with it."
A special congratulations to Weka for dominating the interclass Tug of War and earning the coveted prize of eating dinner first!
All Year 10 students had a great time at Raincliff, it was great to see the boys using strategies and teamwork, this day fosters ongoing self-awareness, growth and strong relationships across peers, whānau and teachers.
Thank you to all the staff for facilitating such a valuable experience. What a fantastic way to finish the year!
