Yesterday TBHS was honoured to receive a remarkable and moving gift from the Year 13 of 2016.
The sculpture entitled: 'Knowledge, Power, Wisdom, and Family' was created by talented local sculptor Debbie Templeton-Page using Timaru bluestone. Prominent in its organisation, and representing the 2016 Year 13 for the unveiling, were Tom Taiaroa and Hamish Murdoch.The gifting of this sculpture, now positioned proudly on the lawn off North Street, is a special new taonga for the school and community, that will be enjoyed for years to come.
