Term 3 has been very busy for the TBHS International Department.
We have had five students from South Korea and three students from Ikubunkan School in Japan, along with several short term students planning on returning in 2018 – a young Japanese student plans on returning in Term 2 next year, as does a short term student from Hong Kong and another Thai student is exploring the option of returning.
The students have been busy while here, with a trip to Oamaru to see the Penguins, a trip around South Canterbury, ice skating, concluding with a night down in beautiful Queenstown where they had a good look around and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Thank you to the host families for opening up their homes to these students who have had a wonderful experience whilst in New Zealand.
