The planning for the 2017 Rugby season is well underway. It promises to be another great year with numbers looking on par with last year.
We are still on the lookout for new coaches, managers and committee members to help coordinate all things related to TBHS Rugby. We do need your help and your willingness to help is encouraged. Contact Mr Patterson the Teacher-in-Charge at school for more details: pattersoned@timaruboys.school.nz
At the moment all 1st XV and 2nd XV Candidates are completing pre-season fitness and skills sessions.
The 1st XV will again compete in the UC Championship, while the 2nd XV will this year play in the Christchurch U18 Metro competition. We will also look to have another U18 team in the combined Mid Canterbury-Ellesmere competition. In addition to this we are aiming to have four more teams in each of the local Under 16 and U14.5 grades.
