An enthusiastic group of students entered the Otago Science Quiz this year and three of them were very successful in attaining high placings.
In Year 13, Liam Arthur and Thomas
Bell came away with Distinction Certificates and money prizes whilst in
Year 11 Ethan Bowmar was awarded a Merit Certificate.
These three candidates all managed 34 correct answers out of 45 which put them in the top 5% of students who attempted the Quiz.
