Food Tech have hosted some wonderful speakers in class recently.
Thank you to Ara bakery tutor Jill Milburn who inspired boys with ideas for their digital cake designs.
And thank you also to local dentist Michael Sidhom from Stafford Dental Centre who spoke to our Level 3 Food and Nutrition class. They enjoyed debating the ethical dilemma "should there be a sugar tax?"
Timaru Boys' is appreciative of the support received from our local community members who give freely of their time to speak to our boys.
