We said '"au revoir" to our seven French exchange students recently.
While the students were here they enjoyed learning about our culture and saw their English language improve dramatically. We are appreciative of their host families who were very welcoming and took them all over the South Island – all participants said they will miss the beautiful scenery. Making pavlova and learning the haka were both new experiences for our visitors! Our students now commence counting down the days until they leave for a reciprocal time in the South of France.
