As the number of valid nominations for the Board of Trustees Election was equal to the number of vacancies, the following trustees were elected:
Adam Blake, Jason Grant, Brent Isbister, Nicholas Light, Peter Stayt
At a meeting of the newly elected Board on 5 June, Peter Stayt was re-elected Board Chair and the following members were co-opted:
Virginia Callaghan, David Forman, Di Hay
