Held on Thursday 12 August in Hogben Hall, the Aoraki Mathematics Quiz night was a very successful evening for our Year 9 boys with our A team winning the competition in a sudden death tie-breaker
This team was Charles Hall, Luke Winter, Dylan Scarlett and Finlay Fulton.
Right behind them was our B team comprising Jacob Adam, Jonty Porter, Nathaniel Langi and Lachlan Fisher. They ended up in a four way tie-breaker situation for third place in which they were successful - a great outcome for the school.
Our two Year 10 teams were very competitive with both of them inside the top 10 but outside of the placings. Well done to all the boys who took part and for representing the school with distinction.
