On 6-9 March, Reed Stevenson and William Tudgey attended the Division II National Swimming Championship in Rotorua where they both achieved some great results.
Reed swam in seven events and made four finals, gaining an eighth
place in the 100m butterfly and two seventh placings in the 100m breaststroke
and the 100m individual medley. Reed then swam 10.55 seconds under his personal
best to take the Gold Medal in the 400m individual medley.
William swam in eight events and made six finals, gaining a seventh place in the 400m individual medley and a sixth place in the 200m individual medley. William then gained one bronze medal in the 200m butterfly and three silver medals in the 400m freestyle, the 200m freestyle and the 100m butterfly breaking many of his personal best times on the way - four of them by more than nine seconds.
