Our annual school ball is being held on Friday 14 September for Year 12 and 13 students who are eligible to attend through good attendance and work record to date.
Our Ball Committee led by Tyler Sparks, is working hard to ensure this event is a success and many hours have been dedicated to making decorations and preparing for the event. The theme of the Ball is “Arcade” so it’s back to the ‘80’s with Pac-man, Donkey Kong, Mario and Space Invaders all on display.
Year 13s have been enjoying dancing lessons during their lunch hours with the help of Mrs Segar.
This year, cars will arrive into the school from Raymond Street from 5:50pm onwards and students will attend a reception in the Gymnasium where light refreshments will be served. Students then proceed to the hall where the ball will be held.
Students attending the ball along with their parents have signed a Code of Conduct contract. Parents and students are reminded that this is an alcohol, drug and smokefree event and right of admission is at the discretion of the school. As a school event, full school rules apply. Your support in making this a positive and enjoyable occasion for all is appreciated.
