Here it is again, the end of another year. Is it because as you get older the year seems to get shorter as opposed to the boys who probably feel the year was never going to end! But end it does and this week is it.
In a three week timeframe, a Rugby Sevens team that was much younger, smaller and inexperienced than previous years had to be moulded together, and fundraisers and sponsors sourced.
Wishing all of our Timaru Boys' High School Community, a very happy and safe Christmas break.

Speaking as a participant of the Year 13 Leavers' Dinner, I thoroughly enjoyed the smooth organisation and sense of occasion for the final send-off to the Class of 2015 and participating in what may be the last time many of us will eat at Seven Oaks Reception Centre due to it's imminent closure.

One of the activities for the Year 10 electives was cycling the Duntroon-Oamaru Alps 2 Ocean trail, all 54kms of it!

Congratulations to Ben Walker who has been accepted to play bass trombone in the New Zealand Youth Symphony Orchestra.
