Year 12 Geography Class
Mr Heller’s Year 12 Geography Class travelled to Aoraki Mt Cook at the beginning of the term. The aim of the trip was to collect data for their 2.5 Internal on altitudinal vegetation zonation. The boys enjoyed a mixture of weather including a stunning Autumn day followed by a damp Wednesday morning.
They were able to collect a variety of data and the boys look forward to collating this at school. Our group was lucky enough to be supported by fantastic DOC guides and a huge thanks goes to teachers Ms Candy, Mr Richardson and Mr Wood for their valuable insight.
