Motivational speakers
Thank you to Beth Park from Onsite Insight consultants who came in to speak to Year 12 Business studies about motivation practices in Business. She gave examples of effective practices and how it impacts positively on productivity and positive workplace culture.
We then also had the pleasure of welcoming Mark Baird, General Manager of Thompson Engineering and Construction Ltd, to speak with the students. He followed on with our theme of motivation practices in the workplace and offered the students tangible examples of what these practices look like in the construction sector. He was able to clearly show the performance outcomes as a result.
