Year 11 Hospitality Class
Year 11 Hospitality have been learning about the importance of maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and understanding/demonstrating food handing strategies to prevent cross contamination in the kitchen.
Many thanks to Justin Holman, Catering Manager for Thomas House, who gave them a tour of a commercial kitchen to help them reinforce their learning and understanding of hygiene in the workplace.
