Early Sunday morning was the Regional Relays where we run under the Aoraki colours in the 4 x 2000m races. Our Year 9 boys finished 12th, under 16 were also 12th and the Seniors finished 19th. We combine with Craighead for the mixed races. Here our Aoraki Seniors placed 5th and 12th with our Under 16 teams claiming 2nd place and 6th place. The silver medal for the under 16 team is the best ever Aoraki result with TBHS star Jack Scoon combining with Billy Nelson from Geraldine High and Craighead’s Charlie Nicol and Lilly Crosbie for this outstanding team achievement.
