Māori Language Week was from the 11th of September until the 18th of September
To celebrate Maori Language week, Mr Robertshaw took a van load of year 9 boys to te Aitarakihi marae to participate in their "tik tok moment". Timaru Girls, Mountainview and many individuals were there all learning a tik tok dance that has been posted on tiktok.com/@teaitarakihi.
The boys had a great time and we all made the most of the opportunity to get in amongst it.
