A great day of sport and sportsmanship.
TBHS 1st XI had a great win by 111 runsTBHS got 183 with Eli Kerse 47 & Flynn Brookland 34 top scoring. Otago replied with 149 with George Powell getting 4 wickets & Hamish Caird 3. We then made 154 with Jacob Gilkinson 46 and Harry Elliotte 31 not out leading the way. Needing 189 to win Otago could only muster 78 with George Powell & Oliver Linton both claiming 3 wickets.
Although the Colts lost by 9 wickets there were fine individual performances from Sam Buckingham 86, Hamish Peck 68 & Josh Caird 4 for 17.
The Golfers won their best ball Matchplay 3-1 with wins to Daniel Poulter, Ryan Caldwell & Josh Rees.
The Volleyballers went down 3-2 in a tight contest with Steven, Lasa & Joseph leading the way for us.
In Tennis there were a number of tight matches but OBHS won the majority of them to take the tie 9-3. We won 2 doubles matches & Issac Adam won his singles match.
