Last week’s annual Swimming Sports produced some outstanding results from our top swimmers.

Riley Taylor recorded an exceptional 17min 5 seconds in the 1500m, beating the 26 year old record set by Robbie Hill in 1991. On top of this, he just missed breaking the senior 50m freestyle record by .1s – we look forward to watching Riley’s progress in2018!

Standout swimmer Jack Sands took out three titles – the 50m backstroke (30.8s), breaststroke (34s) and the 100m freestyle in 57.8s – as well as winning the senior championship title.

Hercules Cho who has represented Hong Kong at International level also produced an excellent result in the 50m butterfly, coming in at 29.3sec.

The 2018 swimming sports are a highly anticipated event – we look forward to seeing what results our young swimmers will be able to produce in another year!
