Being back in the House was rather odd and unfamiliar, but I think I speak on behalf of the boys who are glad to be back in Thomas House for Term 2. Maybe not entirely for the school work, but just to be back with mates and socialising.
One main thing the boys are enjoying is being back into a solid routine and having our sport back. Even though afternoon sport practices haven't kicked off yet, McGregor Isbister, our Sports Captain, is running tennis and basketball tournaments down in the gym to keep the boys busy and not stuck inside. We also welcome Mr Fogarty, our new Director of Boarding who we feel has made a great positive impact in the short time he has been with us.
