What an end to the rowing season for Timaru Boys’ - just when we thought we couldn’t do any better!
Congratulations to Will Davidson for making the South Island Rowing Squad and who was named Captain of the South Island team.
The South Canterbury Sports Awards then saw our Rowing Coach Brian Smith receive Coach of the Year award and our Under 15 Coxed Quadruple Sculls (Josh Bartlett, Ben Allen, Mac Brown, Blake Parker and cox Finn Gollins) took out Team of the Year.
Congratulations boys - a job well done!
Sincere thanks are also extended to the wonderful team of parents and coaches who work quietly away in the background to ensure our boys' success. It truly has been an exceptional team effort with the secure "behind the scenes" work making sure that our boys are well supported at all times.
