TBHS staff are grateful to a group of entrepreneurial senior students who have set up a cafe for two days of the week.
This is in preparation for their Level 3 Hospitality assessment at the end of the year. Staff eagerly anticipate the day's baked treats, ranging from American Brownies, Blueberry Friands, Carrot Cake, Bliss Balls and Cheese Rolls.
