We were fortunate to have Crusaders Assistant Coach Jason Ryan host a one-off session on Tuesday this week, with the 1st XV forward pack as well as forwards from the 2nd XV, under-16 and under-15 squads.
Ryan, who represented both Buller and West Coast, and played 180 games for Christchurch's Sydenham club, as a prop, is a scrum and lineout analyst with the Crusaders.
