This term the following Hospitality classes (12/13 HOSP, 11/12 PACE) have been focusing on the Art of Presentation and the Gift of Giving during lessons.
The students have been practising their Hospitality skills by planning and creating an array of appetising dishes, both sweet and savoury, for a staff Christmas morning tea held in the Food Room.
