We are delighted to be starting upgrades to the sick bay and front entrance of Gillies Block during the break.
This project will enhance the support we can offer our boys and families. Construction will run for much of Term 4, and we are grateful to the Old Boys and other interested parties, who have contributed so generously. We look forward to recognising them all as appropriate, when the project is completed, and we open the new space officially.
The school will be operating all administrative services through the Student Office from the start of Term 4, and working to minimise disruption.
Coming up in the next 12-18 months we also expect the refurbishment of 10-12 classrooms in the school to commence as part of our 5 Year Property Programme. This building programme will enable us to further modernise teaching and learning at Timaru Boys'.
