Boards of state and state integrated schools with students above Year 9 must hold an annual Student representative Election in September each year.
Any student enrolled full time in Year 9 and above, under the age of 20, is eligible to stand for election and vote in the school election for a student representative. Student representatives have equal standing, voice, accountabilities and vote as other board members. Thank you to Will Rushton and William Urquhart who were willing to put their names forward for this position of responsibility and we congratulate William Urquhart on being the winning candidate.
We are also appreciative of the Student Rep role undertaken by Will Pudney, elected in 2017. We wish you well in your 2019 studies Will.
